Fully refunded after having problems/delays with package delivery

I had trouble with their customer care's response time to my delivery and after writing a review on HelloPeter, they did give me a full refund within a day. I believe if they work on their customer services response time a bit more, they would probably get more 5 star ratings. I have changed my rating from 1 to 4 as they have fully refunded me in the meantime
