First experience at Manicaa.com terribly dissappointed

Placed an order on the 20th of October 2020, and payment and forwarded proof of payment. Few days after that, got notified that the product I ordered was out of stock and had to provide my banking details to be refunded. As of today, I am still waiting to get refunded, when I call the *** Hotline number my call got cut off. So what do I stand to do now?

You've sent me an email, replying that it should take 7-10 working days to get refunded but its more than ten days now and still have not received my refund yet. I am really starting to get irritated now and considering taking alternative steps to get this reported now.

Can i get my refund immediately?
