ORDER PLACED IN SEPTEMBER 2020. I RECIEVED AN EMAIL SAYING THE ITEM WILL BE DISPTACHED IN THE WEEK OF 5TH OCTOBER, TO DATE NO ITEM, NO CALLS GOING THROUGH - NO REPLIES TO EMAILS. I WANT A REFUND TO CLOSE THIS MATTER - BUT HOW DO YOU GET A HOLD OF ANYONE...

We have received your complaint, and as customers ourselves we do understand your frustrations. We have been experiencing some delays as our warehouse is in the UK, and yes, SA has been moved to level one, however, the UK is still in the middle of the pandemic, making it complicated to safely import the products.
