business that eats your money and doesn't respond or refund

<div>Hi ... I bought some henna /mehndi items from online store called MANICAA.COM ... And They emailed me to tell me that they might only be able to deliver the items later on as US AND UK were gone back to level 5 lockdown and this was around the 17th of June 2021 and I have researched this to prove that point and it wasnt true .... And they asked in the email ( as seen in the screenshots) if I would like a refund and I rep**** yes to that and they then emailed me back to ask for my banking details so they could refund... I wanted to know if they can do anything with that info?

I tried soooo many times to email and tell them that I haven't received my refund and I. No response what So ever and I even tried calling the number they give in their email and after you select an option to get information on (your order)... The call immediately gets cut!! </div>
