Extremely poor service, no products, no refund

I placed an order in June for a playpen for my niece's birthday and paid in full. A few days later i was told the product was not available and offered an alternative. The birthday had passed last week and only when i followed up, again i was told the alternative is also not available. I immediately cancelled and requested a refund. To date, i have no responses. The number on the website does not work, there aren't any email responses and the online support takes forever, if at all! Horrible experience and i want my R3500 back.
