Extremely DIsappointed in Manicaa.com

I had the most disappointing experience. After numerous emails and phone calls to get response from Manicaa.com, my order never arrived. I phoned plenty a time but never got answer ever! I kept asking for reassurance that I will receive my order but to no avail. I requested a refund after which I received a reply to give my details so the refund can be processed. That was more than 10 working days ago. I have emailed every day since then to ask when my refund will be processed. No reply what so ever. I have never had such a bad experience with any other online website. I want me refund processed and money paid back.
