Extremely bad service- don't use

Very bad service - will never use again. I ordered (and immediately paid in full) some products online on 19/03/2022 (Order #***) and I am still waiting for the final delivery (36 business days already with no response, explanation or feedback for the delay / non-delivery whilst all products are still indicated as in stock on their website). They don't answer their phones and send useless generic response when you try and contact them via e-mail. Really don't know what else to do!!!!
