Don't touch Manicaa - they need to be shut down

DO NOT place an order with Manicaa unless you want endless frustration.

- Placed an order 6 weeks ago for an item that was "in stock" - A week later I get an email saying that the item is no longer available and I am offered an alternative; which I accept... - A silent month goes by and I query the status of the order and if there is a tracking number - I get ANOTHER email repeating the item is no longer email... I once again accept the alternative... silence - I follow-up and am informed that their backend systems have the order and tracking numbers will follow - Yesterday I get an email saying that there has been a delay and my items will only be shipped the week of the 14th of September! And this for an item that is readily available elsewhere.

This is nothing but delaying tactics. I've asked for a refund but based on the runaround that we are seeing with the other reviews I doubt it will happen. Not a lot of money; but on principle, I'm going the legal route if I'm not refunded. I'm also informing Payfast of what is happening here. This needs to be looked into.

In closing, read the other reviews, witness the misrepresentation of stock, the endless delays and shocking communication. SO DONT TOUCH MANICAA!!
