Don't order through Manicaa

Ordered and payed for an item. Later, after enquiring about dispatch and delivery, I was sent an Email informing me it was out of stock and they would refund me within 14 days. I furnished banking details as requested. They never refunded the money. Since, I have emailed them about the refund. They do not respond to email.Tried phoning on numerous occasions. Phones don't get answered. On one occasion, when they did answer, they said they didn't know why the money had not been refunded and it would be in our account within 10 days. 3 weeks later, still no refund! Tried phoning and phoning. No answer!! This has been going on for 3 months.
