Don't Gamble with your order.... Seek elsewhere your products

Not to sure how this company operates but from my experience pretty unprofessionally and lack common decencies with regards to customer service and contacts. I placed and oder for my helper on back in December 2020, and yes we are aware of the current global situation with regards to a pandemic and yes the expectation is that there would be delayed orders due to COVID and LockDowns in certain countries. Then when I enquired again the stated that the order has been cancelled due to a failed partnership with their logistic company somewhere in the far east and they would refund me..... Well that was 3 months ago and after multiple emails and attempts to call - NOTHING. They call themselves and family run business and those are always hard BUT there is a professional curtesy you extend to clients that I fear this has FAILED here and that says much to how the business operates.... FAILER.....
