Don’t buy from them if what you need is urgent, they don’t prioritize customer service

The worst of the worst! My goodness who operates their business like this? Placed an order on the 15th of Jan, got an update for the product to be delivered on the beginning of the week of the 6th of February. It’s the 13th of February and there’s no update of where the product is, I sent emails communicating my frustrations regarding this and no one has rep****. I have asked for a refund and still nothing
