Don't buy from Manicaa.com

I ordered a set of craft pens from Manicaa.com 7 months ago. They notified me that the item was out of stock and that a refund will be made within 2 weeks. THat is now several months later. I can't reach them telephonically, no one answers the phone EVER! They keep referring me to their accounts department from whom there is no response. THis company is truly **********!!!!
