Does not respond to phone calls or emails

I found garden border hedging on their website. However the description was a bit confusing. I tried calling them, no-one ever answers the phone. I called them 4 times on different days and held on for 20 minutes after which the calls got cut off. I've sent them an email with my query and also tried their website chat function, which does not work. I contemplated ordering the items anyway, but then thought to see what reviews they have on Hello Peter. I'm glad I did.
