Do not use Manicaa

I ordered goods online from Manicaa. I had received nothing passed the promised deadline. Since then I have been writing emails asking for reasons why my goods have not arrived. Finally, after three months, I asked for a refund. Every time I email them they have an excuse. I tried phoning but after "talking" to a computer-generated answering service, I was put on hold and then eventually disconnected. I see they are still active on the internet. Order was made in February, delivery promised by April, and nothing till today.
