Do not support Manicaa.com

This website is the absolute worst, I had contacted them in september about a product which I was interested in to confirm they had stock. The lady who I spoke to had informed me that they do have stock and it also reflected the same on the website. I therefor purchased the product and to my surprise a day later they said that they do not have stock. They assured me that a refund will be given and I gave my banking details. To this day I am still waiting for the refund, they do not respond to emails, they do not answer the phones. I even went to the address stated on the website and the place just does not exist. This company does not care about their customers. I spoke to one of the employees of the store next door and he states that tonnes of people have asked him where these people are. I just dont understand why they just cant communicate with the people trying support them. The fact that my pervious hellopeter review was removed just shows that they see the complaints but just dont want to help.
