Do not purchase from Manicaa.Com

I have ordered x2 Garnier BB Creams on 11 February 2022 No invoice, and no feedback regarding the status of delivery. I have sent numerous emails, but no response. I called my bank, and they confirmed that Manicaa.com has cleared the payment. Where do i go, and what do i do???
