Do not order from this company

This so-called business must be closed down. Judging from the reports here and my own experience Manicaa appears to be a ******** organisation. I ordered an item in Sept last year which never arrived. Eventually they said they would refund my money but never did. Surely there must be some recourse for us who have been ******** like this?
