DO NOT order from Manicaa, they never deliver or refund
The company is not registered in South Africa, there is no physical address in South Africa or anywhere else and the order you place will never get delivered. You will also not receive a refund. The telephone numbers do not work and the e-mail address utilised for orders bounces back. One is seemingly not permitted to call a spade a spade on this platform and naming the inauthentic nature of the business, is seemingly frowned upon, resulting in a removal of a review.
Long and the short, this "business" takes money and delivers NOTHING.

There seems to be a lack of communication regarding availability of stock and expected delivery dates which does not instill confidence in customers. This seems to be the general complaint about this company.
Although I will not likely order from this platform again, they ought to be commended and complimented for reverting and resolving the issue when a complaint was lodged on Hellopeter.
