Do not give this company your money!!

<div>My husband placed and paid for an order on the 23rd May, which included a birthday present for our daughter which we needed by the end of June. The order was not acknowledged and after numerous ignored enquiries, we were eventually told that the order had been cancelled. We didn't cancel the order and they still had our money. After more ignored emails, we were eventually told the order was not cancelled but there was a delay due to Covid.(During this time, we have ordered stuff on 4 other occasions from other e-commerce sights, who are also in the current world and therefore experiencing the affects of Covid, and we have received all those orders within a few days) Our daughter's birthday came and went and we still did not have our gift for her - more enquiries, more ignored emails or the odd email telling us they were working on our order. We were then told it would be dispatched during the week of 13 July and we would be given a tracking number. Well that week has also come and gone along with the birthday and we still have not received a thing!!! This company is a ****, do not ever order anything from them!! They need to be reported. No phone number that works, no customer service and no delivery of goods. The only thing they do efficiently is take your money. Never ever order from this company, I wish I had read the other reviews on this platform, that all paint the same picture, before placing our order. This company seems to spend a lot of time and effort on marketing to attract customers, but once they have your money, the time and effort stops there!</div>
