Do not buy from this store!!

I made a mistake of making a purchase on this website without checking the reviews. I urge anyone trying to purchase off of this website to be cautious and do so at your own risk. I placed my order on the 20/07/2022 for a dress making dummy for my small business. I guess the 1st red flag is a huge online store not having a direct merchant payment method but instead you must send pop to which I was oblivious to. I was meant to receive tracking information & the order was being dispatched on the 15th of August 2022 to which I inquired and I was met with the order will be delivered (no longer dispatched) on the 15th. All of this is discussed on the 25th of July & that was the 2nd red flag but I was still not paying attention. I inquired again as it was approaching the 15th of Aug then I was met with the “orders normally take 10-25/30 business days), two days after the that I received an email that my order is delayed so it’s not longer the expected date but new eta is on the 5th of September. I knew something was off right there. The 5th of September comes I inquire then eta is moved to the 26th of September. Okay 27th of September & guess what no order & no communication, I sent about four emails when I was finally told to advise wether to get a refund because their shipment is delayed & of course I opted for the refund. This was on the 29th of September and I’m still waiting for my refund after 14 days, my emails are being ignored again. And oh their phone number doesn’t really work, it’s an animated call that leads nowhere so please be be warned. If you’re going to shop at Manicca.com just know it’s a risk!!
