DO not buy from them you never get your refund back

Ordered a pool pump in September 2021. They could not supply stock. I paid R3700.00 I requested a refund. I sent e-mails every day, till date 20 January 2022 no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! The telephone number on the website does not exist, You can phone it, but get a voice that the lines are busy then eventually you get cut off. I received a mail in November 2021 to say that they require a grace period of 2 months to pay the refund. It has now been more than 2 months. I will spam them with e-mails, but no replies. I will not stop and I will name and shame them whereever I can until I get my refund back.
