Disgusting service

I made a purchase in the beginning of December 2020 to date I still have not received delivery of my purchase and everytime I enquire when I can expect delivery I either get told that they will advise in 48 hours or they just ignore my enquiry completely. I will definately not recommend anybody to buy anytihg from them.
