Disgusting online store

Bought a product on the 12th of June 2021,on the 16th June 2021 they emailed me that they get their products from the UK, I immediately canceled the order and asked for a refund which they agreed to, 2 weeks later I contacted them cause I haven't received my refund they said they will check into it every week I contacted them and nothing finally they said the refund is in progress it's now 2 weeks later since that refund in progress . 1 and half months later... How long does it take to do a refund ?
