Disgusting Customer Service

Iam extremely disappointed at this so called Manicaa company. I placed an order and paid immediately for a printed magic mug. This was meant to be a birthday gift for a special friend. They sent an email notifying me that all orders made in the first week of September will delay by a week. Its embarassing that this company has kept me waiting for 6weeks now with no feedback whatsoever! I am even asking myself if this company does ever exist or I was ****med! Order ID: #***. I dont recommend anyone to procure from this company if you are pressed for deadline. They are absolutely zero deadline driven. After several complaints; someone by the name of Jona Mae offered to refund my money... I dont want my money I want my mug. I have waited too long enough for a refund. #Disgusted customer#
