Disappointed Customer.

Did an order on the 8th of July 2020, they rep**** that the order will be delayed because of covid-19. Non the less I went through with the order. On the tenth of September they sent and email saying that the item listed was out of stock from their supplier and that a full refund will be arranged and asked for all my banking details to make a payment. I sent all my needed information and has since been blocked on their Facebook Messager and they don't reply to my emails. This will most definitely be taken to court if they don't sort out my order in the next week. Very disappointed.
