Delivery Failure and no response

I made an online order beginning of November 2021,on 09/11/2021 I received confirmation of my order and that delivery will be made by the week of 29/11/2021. I made follow up without success, emailed on 14/12/2021 for enquiries,no response to date.By 03/01/2021 money deducted, no delivery, no communication, I'm frustrated & irate
