Delivered maybe or never....

Ordered 2 items on 17 June 2020, both with status "in stock". Automatic order acknowledgement was received promptly, followed closely by an order update indicating first item will be dispatched in week 22-29 June 2020 and second item in week 13 August 2020. What happened to "in stock"?? Item 1 was eventually received towards the end of 2020, and item 2 has not been received to date (October 2021).

Various emails went unanswered. Threatening legal action eventually elicited a response requesting banking details for a refund. More than a month has passed since banking details were supp****, but no further response. Will now proceed with complaint to National Consumer Commission and legal action.
