Deception, bullying tactics
I ordered a Xbox game for my son's birthday through Manicaa. His birthday was 7 Sept. I placed the order on 18 August already. After placing the order, and paying, only then they send a message after a few days to say that the game I ordered is a second hand refurbished game. Which was never advertised as such on the original web page. Since this game is very difficult to find I had not much choice but to accept this deception and bullying behaviour from Manicaa. Although I could get it much cheaper second hand, I was pressed for time since my son's birthday was close at hand. To my dismay, and big disappointment, the game was only delivered on 23 September, 5 weeks!!! after placing the order. Also experienced the same issues with communicating with Manicaa as the other complainants on this website.
