Company not to be trusted! Must be held accountable!

I have waiting on my order since November of last year - I keep get excuses for late delivery and now some long story about their Philippines center not working to to wait 60-90 days - they send that automated message every 60 days. There doesn’t seem to be any intent for the company to pay its customers it has de*****ed. I am taking this up very seriously and will be working to get together all customers that have been impacted by this company not keeping its promise before we file formally against them!
