Common theft!

Sent my cash off for an item, but nothing received. Complained via their email and got one response to "an agent will contact me in 48 hours (or more). No response. Sent off 2 more complaints, no further response forthcoming. I made contact via the 2 phone numbers on their site, the one goes into voice mail and the other keeps you on the line for 10mins being told you are 1st in the queue and then eventually clicks off. This company is running a **** and should be brought to justice for *****. This is no different from common theft and needs to be dealt with as if someone has ****** money from you in the street. Please stop these people!
