Can't complain about service because there is NONE...

Poor Poor Poor. Placed a order in September. Order were supposed to ship early October when I originally placed the order. Then I received an email that it will only ship 4 weeks later 18 October, guess what? I am STILL waiting. Don't even bother to phone because you will never receive a person to talk to. A week after the product was supposed to ship, I receive an email so say please wait 3 months... This product was supposed to be used for a wedding on the 15th of October 2021. So MAYBE sometime next year or the year thereafter I will receive this product. My order number is #***
