Buy and Pay for Items Online never to receive from Manicaa.com

I Placed an Order for an Item and paid for it on 24 November 2020 I was told it would be shipped in December from the UK but alas I still have not received it. When one sends a mail to customer service you do not get a response and when you call customer service and follow the instructions to speak to customer service it rings a few times and then you get cut off so I guess i need to accept that i have paid for something i will never be getting . I see they are still advertising when one searches for items for sale so please be careful as they take your money and do not deliver. If there was a Minus 5 star rating that is what i would pick
