Broken promises...

I ordered and paid for an item on the 11th September and was told it would be delivered by the end of that month. A week later I was told the colour I paid for is no longer available and was given an alternative, which I accepted. End of yet another week I was emailed to notify that all orders from 1-12 Sept would be delayed by and my new dispatch date is 12 Oct. That was the last I ever heard from Manicaa and they are not responding to my emails or WhatsApp. Almost the end of October now and I have no idea when my parcel will be delivered, if ever. It's only now that I checked the reviews and I feel like an idiot because that's what I should have checked first... At least my expectations would not have been so high. Oops, what did I do :(
