BEWARE OF MANICAA.COM

My review on Manicaa does not even deserve one star. I received my order of the Bosch Tumble Dryer Fluff Lint Filter last week Friday 17/12, which i paid R536.00 to be extremely upset as it does not fit my machine. They rep**** as follows; "Having checked your order we can confirm that manicaa.com has delivered the product you have placed an order for" After several emails stating that they sent me the incorrect one/size, they then rep**** that they can refund but charge 35% handling fee. The amount they told me that they would refund did not make sent, so i queried it, their response "due to the items no longer being wanted, will incur a mandatory 35% handling fee in addition to the return costs. We are only refunding you a R187 due to the 35% handling fee. So it seems like they send you incorrect items so that then they make their money with these charges. So since 18/1/2022 i send them a mail everyday for my query to be resolved and i do not get a reply, they are completely ignoring my emails. Also their business physical address does not exist. Meantime i am without my R536.00 and have an item that i cannot use. Con artists like this should not be allowed to trade or advertise on any platform.
