Be careful

I tried to purchase an item advertised by this company on line. I had problems with their website at the submission of personal details stage and stopped the transaction. Then before trying again I went back to the Googled pages where this product was advertised and found this company showing the identical product at five different prices from R1936 up to R2087. I had tried to make the purchase at their advertised price of R1982. Next I tried to phone them to find out why this was so as the order I placed was not the lowest advertised. Response? No one answered the phone. So I emailed them as per their recorded message on the phone with the same query. 12 days later still no response. In the meantime they had auto emailed me firstly to say that I had not completed my order and in a later message that my order payment had been received yet I had not completed the on line transaction . And I had NOT made any payment in this regard. On trying to phone and get through to any of the departments announced on their auto switchboard AGAIN no response. This is a typical example of a totally useless outfit that has no idea how to run a business and who cannot even answer the phone or reply to emails. On top of that I question the legality if not ethics of listing more than one price simultaneously for a product they offer for sale. My recommendation? Don't go near this company; their modus operandi is suspect.
