Bad Shopping Experience from Manicaa

Well after reading all the reviews I am not sure if my review will be of use to anyone since all reviews here about Manicaa are not good reviews. Long story short, on 28th April 2020 I order simple zip lock plastics for my business, till today the only notification I received was Payfast payment success notification, not even order confirmation from Manicaa whatsoever. I looked on their website to see if I can get any contact number there was absolutely not means of contact an email for me would be a waste of my time and energy if they failed to even notify me about my order. trying the live chat was also unsuccessful till today. 3 days later when I did not receive notification I told myself I have been ****med, I then decided to look for another supplier and got the same item withing 2 days of ordering.

Today I managed to chat with a consultant on their live chat to info them about my experience, the consultant was very helpful, I requested to order and item and have them cancel my pending order and give me credit towards the order I wanted to place, the consultant told me it is not possible they would have to refund first so no sense of responsibility whatsoever to retain customer on Manicaa's part, they could have atleast compensated for their ill service. I decided I will let this one go and purchase this item "Nike running shoes", to my surprise there was no option for size, it is not even funny but I just laughed and left the site. Hopefully I will be contacted because the money has not left my account yet :).
