Bad Service Not a happy customer.

Have send thru numerous emails to find out where my order is but no response. I tried to contact them but as soon as you get the options to press what extension you want to go thru the phone goes off line. I want to know what is happening with my order otherwise I would like to have a refund. Order no #***. Lindy Le Roux
