Bad service

My wife ordered a chair in September 2020 but it has not been delivered yet, we can’t get hold of them either via email or telephone. This is a very very bad customer service and I would not advise anyone to do business with this company as I feel like they are just ******** people of their hard earned money. Do not even try this company
