Bad Service!

I bought a product iver the December holiday after querying what it actually was, I requested for the order to be cancelled. The consultant asked me over email for my banking details which I sent and I'm yet to receive my refund. No responses in my email! No answer when I call! This is poor customer service! I need my refund back for something that I cancelled! This is ridiculous tyat I had to email so many times already and no one responds
