Bad service

I will never do business with Manicaa ever again. There couriers diliver my package at a wrong address. The courier company was very helpful and sorry for wrong delivery. The courier company then email Manicaa and ask them for a replacement order. Manicaa Email me and ask for my cooperation with replacement order. I really don't know what they want from me, but know 2 months later no communication or replacement order from Manicaa. I'm very disappointed with there bad and don't care attitude.
