Bad Customer Service

I placed an order and then received a email notifying me that my order would only be dispatched one month after the order was placed! No where at checkout did they mention that my order would only be dispatched one month later; so heaven only knows when I would have received it! Sent an email voicing my concerns and stating that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired! All I got back was an email thanking me for my email. I then got a notification from PayStack saying that I would be refunded for my order. I cannot fathom how a company works like this. I would never consider them for any further orders under any circumstances.
