Bad customer service!

Worst customer service. They promised to refund me on an item that was out of stock. it's been 2 months and no refund. When I email no one get back to me. In the last email I received on the 27th of July they said the matter was referred to a manager. When I email again I just get a reply saying they will get back to me within 48hours. Up to today no one contacted me and also I didn't get my refund.
