Avoid purchasing anything from Manicaa.com

Placed my order online on 08/10. Got an email on 11/10 informing me that what I purchased is no longer available and won't be made available in future and I was offered an alternative item or I can take a refund. I responded the same day stating that I don't want the alternative and want my money refunded. No response. Followed up on 21/10 as to when I would get my refund and still no response. To this day I am waiting for my money and a response.

I have seen the bad reviews regarding their lack of response and the long times people have had to wait for their items/refunds but I thought I'd give Manicaa.com a try anyway as they have some nice products. This is the first and definitely the last time I purchase anything from Manicaa.com. Now that I have experienced their poor service for myself I would strongly recommend that, if you value your time and money, you steer clear of them
