On the 1 of September 2021 we got an email requesting my banking details to do a refund.

We sent the banking details through to you on the 1 of September 2021.

We received an yet a update email stating that they received our email and the banking details and that they would repay the money back to us with in 7 to 14 days.

Up to date we have not received any payment or communication from them, regarding the back payment to us.

There office number on the invoice, rings get answered by an automated message, you select the correct department or any department and the call gets disconnected almost immediately.

The number for there what's up is not even on what's up.

The only way to communicate with you is via email, and even that doesn't get a response from them.

They you took the money and have no stock. Yet there website didn't indicate that there was no stock available.
