Absolutely and utterly digusted

Since my last review on Hello Petter i received communication from Minacaa. Com requesting that I send back the incorrect product that they sent me and they will then refund my money. I agreed to send it back and they should make the necessary arrangements for collection. Since then there has been nothing but automated email from them no phone calls are answered , so to cut a long story short absolutely nothing has been done or achieved. To top it all I received an email from them asking me to please rate their services are they insane or what. All I want is my money or the product that I originally ordered how difficult can that be . This has now been going on since th 19 November 2022
