A Nightmare to Shop Online with

Manicaa.com advertise stock they don't have; from there agitate you to pay for it. A few days down the line they send you an email with the heading "OUT OF STOCK: REFUND" and request your banking details so they can supposedly refund you. They then sit with your banking details. To do what with them? Only they know.

I emailed them umpteenth times following up on the refund progress; not even once did they care to respond. Their hotline goes straight to voicemail. I've been having sleepless nights for over a week now, not so much about the refund, but about the fact that some faceless people are now sitting in quietude with my banking information. I'm now engaged in procuring legal advice about shutting down my bank account, and possibly legal representation in taking them to task about their unconscionable business practice.
