A henious, grosteque and unpleasant services.

I'm gutted by this heinous service. Ever since I paid on June, I waited for the item for more than a month.. After the much long anticipated when it came it was a wrong item. Last week they took it back for refund. Since they sent email saying that they will refund the money urgently. I now feel like it's futile to send emails now. I feel disrespected and belittled.
