From the 16-12-2020 that I paid for the product I have had little nor no contact with Manicaa although i have attempted on numerous occasions. I have had a response on the 19-02-2021 for my bank details which I did and since then no contact or reply. This is poor customer relations from a ghost company. What more must I do to get a refund that Manicaa had promised to pay back.
