4 months and still waiting for my refund

I ordered stock from Manicaa.com on 11 July 2022. a month later when my stock still had not arrived, I contacted them only to be told they don't have stock and I would get a refund in 14 days time. I sent them my details for the refund and am still waiting for it - now 4 months later. I've contacted them via email and I just get an automated response. Tried calling them with no response either. Very bad business practice and no customer service. I would not recommend this company
