2 Months and no delivery yet!

I placed an order in November 2022. I was 'informed' via email that that the shipment was delayed in the UK warehouse and that delivery would take place in the week beginning 16 January 2023. To date, no delivery and no further communication despite sending multiple emails to the support email address. Don't bother calling the help line, I held on for 8 minutes listening to a recording of how important my call is and to have my order number ready. Needless to say, no-one answered!
